The contract consisted of two items: The first one was focused on consistency among existing BIM and CAD objects for VIPS, VIPSmart, GINOS, GINOS Mini and Wagamama brands. All the existing information held by three interdependent teams involved in the projects was listed, consolidated and summarized in a single database coded according to the client's instructions. In the second part, a study was carried out on the possibilities of optimizing the development of new projects using Revit tool. In parallel Modelical developed a web application in which the information from several models can be managed at the same time, which means a CMMS not only in terms of asset management and maintenance operations but also in terms of the technical quality of the models."}
