Aplicación interactiva para Elorrio

For the new urban development of the Pulla-Azkarreta area in Elorrio (Basque Country), Modelical developed an interactive application in order to make more understandable the new urban plan proposed by Sprilur. The work included the 3D modeling of over 40.000 m² of industrial buildings and the urban planning of over 105.000 m².

The application was conceived for interactively show the final aspect of the area to the citizens, depending on the kind of vegetation, construction materials and buildings’ arrangement they choose. As a result, the whole project was translated to an attractive  and easily understandable format, which facilitate the civic participation of the neighbors of Elorrio into the urban planning.
