Junior BIM specialist

We are looking for a Junior BIM Specialist who will be responsible for collaborating in the development of modeling, consulting and training projects under the supervision of other specialists and seniors.
The main task of a junior specialist is to acquire experience and criteria while collaborating to move projects forward, so it is assumed a great interest in learning and training in a structured way (through our training program) and unstructured (on their own, and through specific actions associated with the projects).
Responsabilities
- Develop BIM models and content of various disciplines, both existing conditions and project and/or work.
- Review third party BIM models for quality control and coordination of interferences.
- Development of families and complex objects.
- Information cleansing for existing conditions.
- Point cloud scanning campaigns.
- Support to the development of client projects.
- Training development support.
- Automate small tasks using Dynamo, Grasshopper or the Api. All our specialists must be agile in Dynamo.
- Develop and review guidelines and training content according to your expertise and experience.
- Report to the project manager and participate in follow-up meetings as required.
Requirements
- Proficiency (4 out of 5) in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
- Good oral and especially written communication skills in Spanish and English (B2+).
- Organised person, able to manage his/her time effectively.
