Do you want to use BIM but you do not have enough time, resources or confidence to create the existing conditions model of a building by yourself? We can help you.
We have wide experience in existing conditions modelling. Using reality capture methods like laser scanning we will obtain a point cloud that will ensure the accuracy of the model. We will also take 360° photos of your building that you will be able to access from the model. Your own “street view”.
With all the information collected we will create the BIM model you need, with the content and information you will immediately use. Having a very detailed BIM model with information you will not use can be a waste of time and money. We have the experience to guide you to get the model you need, and how to get the most of it.
