Consistency across your buildings for a joint vision
When facing the digitization of a set of buildings it is very important to define a strategy that allows future aggregations and comparisons between several of those assets. Otherwise we will not have a portfolio vision, but a set of unconnected buildings with their own criteria.
Defining a set of standards that the information of all the buildings in a portfolio must follow is crucial.And this has to be done knowing first which are the uses we want to get from the digitization of the portfolio.
