What personal data do we hold about you, and how have we obtained it?

The categories of personal data that we process for clients, suppliers, and individuals interested in participating in recruitment processes are:

  1. Identification data
  2. Contact details: postal or electronic addresses
  3. Commercial information
  4. Financial and transactional data
  5. Academic and professional data

 

We do not intentionally process special categories of personal data.

All of the aforementioned data has been obtained either directly from you (for example, through a commercial offer, contract proposal, etc.) or via your organisation when providing us with identification details and other necessary information to fulfil the purpose of the contractual relationship. It is your responsibility (or that of your organisation) to ensure that this data is kept up to date in the event of any changes.

 

For what purpose do we process your data?

We process the data provided by data subjects in order to manage various activities related to our sales processes, after-sales service, supplier management, service quality, and similar matters. In particular, your data may be used for the following purposes:

  1. To send information you request via the contact form on our website or any other means of communication.
  2. To provide both potential and existing clients with product and service offers that may be of interest.

In all cases, we will retain your personal data for the period necessary to address any questions, resolve issues, implement improvements, activate new services, and comply with applicable legal obligations. This means we may retain your personal data for a reasonable period after you have ceased using our products or this website. Once this period ends, your personal data will be deleted from all our systems.

 

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

Working hours recording: start and end times of the working day as well as overtime.

If you do not provide the required personal data, we may be unable to perform the contract, meet legal obligations, or comply with official requirements.

 

Who will your data be shared with?

We will not disclose your personal data to any third-party company intending to use it for direct marketing purposes, unless you have given us your explicit consent to do so.

We inform you that we may disclose your personal data to public administrations and competent authorities in cases where we are legally required to do so, or in cases where, acting in good faith, we consider such action to be reasonably necessary to comply with legal proceedings, respond to any claim or legal demand, or protect the rights of the company, its clients, and the general public.

We inform you that your data will not be transferred or disclosed to third parties. The company is solely responsible for its processing and safekeeping.

We may, however, provide your personal data to third parties (e.g. internet service providers who assist us in managing our website or delivering contracted services, IT support and maintenance companies, logistics providers, accountancy and tax advisory firms, etc.). In all such cases, these third parties are required to maintain the same level of security as we do with respect to your personal data, and, where necessary, will be bound by legal agreements to keep your data confidential and secure, and to use it solely in accordance with our specific instructions.

 

Will your data be transferred to third countries?

No international data transfers are currently envisaged.

 

What are your rights as a data subject?

Any individual has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning them.

In particular, data subjects may request the right of access to their personal data, as well as to receive such data in a commonly used, machine-readable format if the processing is carried out by electronic means (right to data portability).

Likewise, data subjects may request the right to rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In addition, in certain circumstances, data subjects may request the restriction of the processing of their data, or in certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, may exercise their right to object to the processing of their data. We will cease processing the data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds, or for the exercise or defence of potential claims, or in those exceptions provided for in applicable legislation.

We also inform you that you have the right to withdraw any consent previously given at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

Furthermore, in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we undertake not to send marketing communications by email without having first obtained the express authorisation of the recipient.
