BIM models are an excellent tool for the management and operation of a building, but they are not the platform on which to record every maintenance operation on a piece of equipment. That is what other platforms such as IWMS, BMS, IoT, etc. are for.
In addition, there are different profiles within the maintenance teams, which have different needs, functions and capabilities. Each profile will interact with the information in a different way. But the key is that all of them work with the same information, and that the changes made by one can be seen by the others.
We can help you to link your IWMS with the BIM model.
We have experience and know how to integrate the databases of both platforms. What information is displayed in each, how it is displayed, and how changes travel from one to the other.
