Modelical Consultoría, S.L. maintains a Quality Management System compliant with the ISO 9001 standard.

Within the framework of this system, the SUPPLIER’s performance during the provision of services will be evaluated in accordance with Modelical’s supplier evaluation procedure, based on the following criteria: adherence to established processes and assignment requirements; compliance with delivery deadlines; accessibility and quality of communication; and the overall level of satisfaction with the service provided.

This evaluation is conducted for every project in which the SUPPLIER participates and is reviewed annually. The outcome may determine whether the SUPPLIER retains its approved status with Modelical.

In the event of serious or repeated non-compliance, Modelical may issue a non-conformity report. The SUPPLIER will then have a maximum of five (5) days to submit a root cause analysis and a corrective action plan.
