EDP Cultural Centre in Lisbon

New collaboration with Amanda Levete Architects

Modelical has helped Amanda Levete Architects by developing the Revit model of their latest project, the EDP Foundation Cultural Centre in Lisbon. The organic shape of the building led to complex geometries which were truly modeled in Revit by our team helping AL_A better understand their project and take the right decisions to solve it accordingly. As a result, a complete  BIM model was produced, allowing a constructive approach to the project and enhanced control of materials and geometry.

The model was built based on the CAD files developed by AL_A during the design process. The fluent communication between our team and AL_A conducted to an accurate model, even including the project modifications made during the model’s development. Once the model was completed, our team travelled to London to conduct a hands-on workshop in order to explain and pass the model to the team.
